My insurance company is making me use the calibrate program, the program is very informative, I've learned a few things so far about weight loss and the people I've interacted with are great, I would recommend this to anyone, you'd be surprised at what you learn

Doesn't work well on android phone. My appts were rescheduled by Calibrate to different time. I tried rescheduling but have to go day by day and scroll through times to find none that work. Tried to delete an appt but get stuck on a screen with no visible button and can't scroll down, up, resize, or even use the back button on phone to get past it. Don't bother with program unless you get on meds. I gained 40 lbs after insurance quit paying for meds despite following calibrates program.

DOGE for insurance companies? They work for insurance companies, not patients, designed to hold life altering medications hostage. Labs were ordered with wrong DOB. Over an hour at the lab & two phone calls to Calibrate, DOB corrected but then had no ordering physician. Lab tech requested ordering physician from Calibrate, completed the labs anyway, but no physician to send results to. 12 days later still waiting for clinician appt; no appt = no refills, will prob be forced to discontinue.

Don't get this if your work requires it for GLP1 coverage. You will jump through hoop after hoop, test after test, weigh ins, get your script, get on your drug of choice, see awesome results, and then your company won't actually cover the drug for you. it's a bait and switch. Then, when you talk to your doctor about using different drugs, alongside the program, they kick you off the program. You can do all of what they offer on your own, and you'll end up paying the same anyway for the drugs!
