HUGE improvement over the previous version. Haven't had any issues so far. It seems like the company actually listens to customer feedback. I like the online portal to export data directly to my computer now.

The new app is extremely horrible and every time I have to go through the checklist of straps positions etc. and doesn't go to the device troubleshooting section as I need to select a bunch of things just to start recording. Please revert to the previous version or something like the previous version. Worst user experience ever !!!
