Works well when the device actually works. However, they need help when dealing with consumers. When they respond it's usually just with an excuse, so it takes a very long time to find a resolution to any problem. This will be a great device when they replace the person in charge of customer service and iron out the kinks in the device and software. As of right now it's highly recommended.

The app is very unstable and crashes constantly. It's a shame because this could be a game-changing device, but if it bombs while doing sub maximal, maximal ramp tests, and even rested metabolism tests, what's the point.
