Unreliable! Am so angry. Just missed an important appointment because the taxi (which I booked early this morning, then double-checked the booking again with the operator half an hour before my appointment time!) didn't show up! Rang them again, and they said he was 'on his way'. App told me he was still 10 mins away! Phoned them again and told them to cancel taxi as I had missed the appt as taxi was so late. 'Really can't apologize enough' was the response. Rubbish!
