Callback SMS - Auto Rules

You meant to text them back. Then the day happened.

Callback SMS fixes that. Build the rule once, and from then on it handles the texting for you.


■ Your rules do the thinking

You never decide "should I send this?" again. Set the conditions once and the app works them out the moment a call ends.

A single rule can cover:

· Which calls — outgoing, incoming, missed. Pick any combination.
· Which days — weekdays only, weekends only, or just the days you choose.
· Which hours — business hours only. Ranges can cross midnight, like 22:00 to 08:00.
· How often per number — once a day, once a week, once ever, or every N days.
· What to send — any template you've written.

Build as many rules as you like. "Calls during work hours", "Missed after closing", "Weekend enquiries" — each one can send something completely different.


■ Overlapping rules get flagged before you save

Once you have a few rules, conditions start to collide. Callback SMS catches it the moment you hit save and shows you exactly which rule clashes — the call type, the days, the hours. No more wondering why the wrong message went out.


■ Switch rules on and off

Every rule has its own toggle. Park one for a while instead of deleting it, then switch it back on when you need it. The master switch at the top stops everything at once.


■ Or stay in the driver's seat

Turn auto-send off and a popup appears after each call so you can choose the message yourself. Ignore it and it closes on its own after 10 seconds — nothing lingers on your screen.


■ Templates hold the words. Rules handle the timing.

Write the message once. A template carries the subject, the body and the photos — nothing about when to send it. That's the rule's job, and any number of rules can share the same template.

Messages can fill themselves in, too:

· {time} — when the call ended

These are used only to send your messages and work out what kind of call just happened. Your call log and messages are never uploaded or stored anywhere else.

※ Automatic MMS sending requires a subscription. The number of photos you can attach depends on your plan.
※ Some manufacturers' battery-saving policies can delay background detection. If you force-stop the app, open it once to resume automatic detection.
