My wife has this app for our daughter who's on a mission. However, it won't let her add a picture. We wrote to the apps' customer service but no reply. I tried downloading it on my phone and same thing, I can't add a picture to the profile. I also wrote a message but have not heard back.

Seems ok but for the life of me I cannot get a profile picture to load. I just get the spinning wheel of death. Several other mother's I know say the same thing. It's so annoying

I cannot make it work. When I bring up my missionary name and click on it, it simply goes back to the opening screen.
