I appreciate the simplicity of this app. However, I have a couple of suggestions: it would be great to include a very low-volume background music option to help keep the mind focused when the eyes are closed, and incorporating a voice over with instructions like "Take a deep breath," "Hold it now," and "Exhale slowly through your mouth" would enhance the experience.

An app made for an ancient exercise. I learned this from my tai chi and chi gung classes many moons ago. It's an ancient chi gung exercise that helps reset and center your Chi, cultivate your energy, stabilize your heart beat / pressure. There are many health benefits to this breathing exercise. Well done application.
