Really great experience with Cal merry Counseling & Therapy. I really appreciate having a therapist I can speak with anytime instead of having to try and cram all my thoughts into one hour a week. The therapist I was matched with is really great. She is so responsive and seems really concerned with my well-being. Room for improvement: - The inability to use the app in portrait mode is very annoying. - It's functional, but doesn't feel very polished.

It's hard enough to reach out for help when you're experiencing a mental health crisis. It's even worse when an app assigns you to a therapist who's on a vacation their first week and who doesn't reply very promptly after that. I'm uncertain why I'm paying $200 a month to feel like a burden to another person. Additionally, the advertising was misleading and made it seem as though I would be receiving one therapy video session a week and that was not the case.

Absolutely do not use this service. The therapist never answered me, the app was hard to use, I got a million emails a day telling me to check my messages + I had none, and I'm sure the therapists were not qualified. I had two therapists. The first one would not answer me for DAYS until I complained to customer service, eventually they just reassigned me, so I would stop complaining. The second was in no way qualified. She did nothing but ask "how's ur day" multiple x just to say she did her job
