I didn't have a good experience. I downloaded this earlier this night because I have server anxiety, but I ended up feeling worse. If you can't pay for a monthly subscription then you can't do much. I found it was really overwhelming and scary. The only free calming exercise was a lot to handle and ended up just feeling horrible about it and out of control. This is really only meant 4 people who are having a moment. Do not recommend if you have anxiety. </3

Poor design. App locks users out of most activities if they're not tagged to the 3 max specific mental health areas the user chooses at the start + no option to change the 3 MH issues you select after installing. Sometimes you CAN find all in the activities section, but usually not - it's inconsistent. + tick boxes for how many days you did the exercises aren't helpful - people with MH issues using this app doesn't need something else to feel like they're falling behind on.

It made me want to cry the moment I got it because it made me feel insecure with only legging me pick THREE topics to focus on. Just made me feel like I had to many problems. Uninstalled immediately
