★★★★★ I use this with my anxiety at bedtime. It seems to be worse at night. This helps me relax and sometimes I fall asleep. That's a good thing.

★★★★★ There is no doubt this helps in moments of extreme anxiety or panic. I don't know whether the effects are lasting, but I have used this multiple times for a recent bout of severe anxiety, and it helps a lot at the moment. If my mind is racing too much to fall asleep, 9/10 this makes me sleep. Interestingly, it doesn't really "feel like" it's working for the first half, but by the end I'm either calm and relaxed, or I wake up a few hours later and realize I fell asleep.

★★☆☆☆ Free yet not free. Although it said the app was free, once you try it, you discover many features are not available until you upgrade to a paid version, never mentioned on the download page. It was impossible to evaluate with so many features unusable.

★★☆☆☆ Too much nonsense to listen to. I want to try it out a few times before investing, but you are forced to listen to the same nonsense explanation and ramblings each time. Can't skip it. It's annoying. Like when is she going to shut up with the sales pitch, so I can relax.

★★☆☆☆ As already mentioned the nearly 4 mins of settings instructions before you can even start this is ridiculous. Just the waiting for the voice to finish going on and on about the app just increases my anxiety, which makes the 4 mins last forever. Not ideal for real severe anxiety suffers like myself.
