The app has a recording that can only be paused and played. Every single feature is made to be unlocked with purchase. It's just not helpful unless you buy it.

I hate 2 say this because I really like their other hypnosis apps, but I have 2 agree w/every1 else! I did NOT like the format! It's pretty much a 20-min audiobook about someone who has self-esteem issues! NOT helpful at all 2 the listener!! It was DEFINITELY 1 of the apps I REALLY NEEDED 2 b helpful!!
