Ok look I don't give 5 stars (this is the first time I have given 5 stars) I LOVE this app too much! I was doing the relaxing one, and I feel a sleep doing it for like two secs, and then I fell a sleep for reals!

It works, I've never believed in any kind of alternative therapy. I had a Facebook ad pop up for this, and it had a 3-day free trial. They had a session on stopping nail-biting. I pick up my nails and have my whole life. The first night I listen to it and fell asleep I have no memory of anything after the induction part. But when I woke up in the middle of the night like I always do I did not touch my nails. I honestly didn't even think about it. Did it for 3 days I haven't bothered my nails It w

Awesome, I love how you can buy sessions you want, and you don't need to subscribe. I'm on a fixed income and love using self-hypnosis, so this is perfect for me.

I downloaded it and at first it was great but after a while it started to get boring and not an all relaxing all the audios are the same and over all not good

Kept being choppy, which threw me out of it. The first time I used it was great. I was out like a light and awoke immediately as programmed. Every time I tried to use it after that, it has been choppy, which totally takes me out of the moment. It's a shame! I was going to keep the subscription.

I use a lot of hypnosis apps and this is the worst. Since it is all individual clips that you piece together it doesn't have the flow to actually put you into a hypnotic state. Both options of voices are monotone as well. Too bad I bought the entire package before realizing this because I needed specific sessions. I don't recommend this one as there are many others for less that work much better.
