I'd give them zero Stars. Tried to cancel and didn't work now I got charged. After I was charged it cancelled. Bet they make a lot of money this way. I can't find any way to dispute charge. Don't do free trial.

Sadly, I'm very disappointed. I began using it almost religiously, with a significant number of customized sessions. The app glitched, I tried to reinstall it & lost EVERYTHING. I called support & there was nothing they could do. There were no warnings or documentation about this potential situation. I tried again, annoyingly having to record sessions external to the app. Now the inductions and background music are stat icky and fade in and out. It was great, but now I pay for an inferior app.

Doesn't actually allow customization. In response to the developer: I'm not interested in your content. I was looking for an app where I could create and use my own. You don't really allow for that. So this isn't actually custom. Its self organization of a limited menu.
