Great for insomnia too!! Great for relaxation as well as weight loss. I seem to fall asleep right after the relaxing from head to toe part, but I am eating better and freaking water - and sleeping! - so I must be absorbing SOMETHING! :)

App freezes up, cannot load to Playlist after downloading. Very bad directions, or bad app. Galaxy Note 3. I want to set up Playlist & replay all night. Cannot even set up a playlist. Not happy.

THIS LITERALLY ASKS TO TAKE OVER YOUR PHONE AND IF YOU DENY AND SELECT ALWAYS FOR AN OPTION YOU Can't EVEN LOAD IT! SEE THE PERMISSION IT ASKS FOR (among others) BELOW! An app can use your phone and/or its call history. Depending on your plan, you may be charged by your carrier for phone calls. Phone access may include the ability to: •Directly call phone numbers; this may cost you money •Write call log (example: call history) •Read call log •Reroute outgoing calls •Modify phone state •Make calls without your intervention Until I get a refund I am writing this and reminding people so that others are not duped as I was... From the nation of George Orwell -- shame on you! BY THE WAY don't hand me that give the permission, and we won't use it trust me I'm a doctor stuff.... I cry a saccharine tear. By the way, I would love to actually use this... it is however based on trust... turn your head and cough.
