I just downloaded this so have no idea of the long term results, but I struggle to find guided hypnosis that doesn't stress me out. I can't handle forced guided breathing, my claustrophobia kicks in, and I start breathing faster, and it ruins the whole thing. This one lets me breathe at my own speed, a huge plus! Also, the voice is soothing and not irritating at all. Another plus!
