She has a wonderfully soothing voice which always puts me to sleep and as a sufferer of insomnia this is a great thing! However, even though I am drifting off to sleep halfway through, it is evident that my subconscious has been affected a during the day I am making healthier food choices and feeling much better about myself. I have lost weight and will continue to do so. Its well worth paying for the full version as the different background sounds are lovely, and I like to alternate them from now

The hypnosis itself is really good. I have been using it daily for over a week now & I have started to notice a difference in my eating habits. I also paid to unlock the additional features as I had downloaded the sleep well & self-esteem hypnosis audios too, but I was extremely disappointed when I realized that the additional features only work on the weight loss hypnosis, which I purchased through, & not the other audios in the series. Disappointing that payment is required for every audio.

Awesome app, but it's complete BS that you have to pay $4.99 for each thing to get the premium! I paid the $4.99 yet only get the "extras" for one not all. That's a complete rip-off. Waste of money!
