★★★★★ Love the app. I have most of their apps and try to use one at a time, for a few weeks at a time. This app does help me make better food choices, and I'm finding I'm willing to do my walks more. I love that you don't have to pay attention to the app, I listen with my Bluetooth sleep mask when I'm ready to go to sleep. I did pay for all the features. I'd rather pay a flat one time price than a forever subscription. I will support this company, I have paid for most of my apps, so far.

★★★★★ Fantastic! I lost weight with WW but not long after reaching my goal weight I found myself craving sweet foods. When I put on 4 kg I became desperate enough to consider paying almost $300 for another hypnosis app. Fortunately I found this one. After just two sessions I found the craving stopped, and I had my motivation back. I can't understand why people are complaining about the small fee asked for each session. These apps are well worth the price.

★★☆☆☆ Why do we have to pay for extra features on each meditation session by this company. A one-off payment should be enough

★★☆☆☆ The hypnosis itself is really good. I have been using it daily for over a week now & I have started to notice a difference in my eating habits. I also paid to unlock the additional features as I had downloaded the sleep well & self-esteem hypnosis audios too, but I was extremely disappointed when I realized that the additional features only work on the weight loss hypnosis, which I purchased through, & not the other audios in the series. Disappointing that payment is required for every audio.
