This app is absolutely amazing. I found it last night when I couldn't sleep and as soon as I start playing the recording that helps you fall asleep I fell asleep halfway through it, and you were realizing like stress and stuff for the day. Play 10 out of 10 recommend this app.

If you ONLY USE THE HOME SCREEN with a big start button then the app works well. You hear a soothing lady guide you into relaxation. Ignore the UI elements other than the big start button. With those suggestions the app earns (4/5✨). Otherwise, the app design is FRUSTRATING AS A FREE USER. Most of the settings are blocked and prompt the same promotional screen. UI elements look dated, and dark mode isn't default. UI is poor and earns a 1/5. OVERALL SCORE as a free user is 2/5

The guided meditation is fine, pretty standard, but there appears to be only one script. However, all the useful settings and features of the app are disabled until you pay, so there is no way to try this app out for free.
