I find this app an excellent aid for getting to sleep. I have used it for a long time & very rarely hear the end of it.

What a waste of time. When you install it, it lets you listen to ONE session. At least I assume it does—because before that, you must listen to a lecture about insomnia, with no indication of how long it lasts, and no way to skip forward. That's it. All the other features, and even the settings, are behind a pay wall. Even if you're considering that, why would you pay for something without even being able to see it? What were they thinking?
