This is a little early to comment on results, but the guided meditation has been amazing, and it's taken me to some places I didn't expect - way beyond food management. It's only been a few weeks, but I feel more connected to my body, and I love it and am thankful for it, irrelevantly of its size. This has been a struggle for me 30 years, with countless diets, disordered eating and weight yo-yoing. So an app that can get me one step closer to that goal gets my 5 stars for sure.

I have reached a deep state of relaxation and learned new techniques for accessing my own power. It is a positive and uplifting experience. I was recently diagnosed with SIBO. The section on diet is particularly helpful with coaching me to think differently about food and nutrition, movement and activity. I am not a smoker, but I will be listening to the section on smoking cessation. I believe there will be many transferable learning opportunities in that section. Overall an excellent app. *****

One leaf is truly life changing. I have freedom from 'food noise', have lost weight, feel healthier and happier than most of my adult life. The support team are also brilliant. The lady who speaks on the sessions is gentle, positive and inspires me to be kind to myself. Do not hesitate over getting this app - I recommend it to everyone with weight and body image issues (and their handy gifting option has introduced all my friends!)

No free content. Unable to access anything without paying. For me, this is a no-go. The environment in which you answer questions is similar to a myriad of other Apps. You are led to believe the method is personalized for you, in reality, it isn't. There are plenty of podcasts and websites and audiobooks with free content, use them first. AI will give you loads of answers if you become very specific with your questions and data provided.

The minimum volume is SO LOUD since the update a week or so ago. The lowest possible volume is SHOUTING through my headphones. I am so miserable about this. They either need to fix this quick or give me a refund.

THE ABSOLUTE MOST DIFFICULT CANCELATION POLICY. THEY LURE YOU IN WITH A SMALL FEE TRIAL THEN WHEN YOU TRY TO CANCEL THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU THE QUARTERLY FEE.
