I think it's a good app for hypnobirthing, although interface is a bit dated. It doesn't have too many tracks, but maybe that's how it's supposed to work. I also bought the book to get the theory, and it said you should get recordings for free. But where to get them I never found out.

I found this app helpful during pregnancy, labor and postpartum. I was hesitant to pay the fee to unlock the other recordings but happy I did. I also found the fee extremely fair. I used the recordings regularly. My hubby loved the sleep one as well. I used the sleep app every night and I believe It's what helped me get quality sleeps in my last trimester. I used each recording many times, and I found there were enough options for the different stages during my pregnancy, including when I was overdue Great app!

None of the links on the menu open, I received the message 'page not found'. Is this app just the audios listed, which you need to purchase to unlock? Do you need Paula's book alongside this app to fully understand the Hypnobirthing?

You can't access anything other than the intro without paying. Why not just charge for the app so it's not misleading?

I listened to about 1/2 of the free session but having used lots of self hypnosis apps for various self-help and really finding them useful I found this one the least relaxing and helpful of any I have ever tried. The speech is much too fast-paced and made me feel anxious as my mind was unable to do what was asked before moving onto the next thing. I had to switch it off and certainly would not consider purchasing the paid elements based on the free session.
