Really helped me with my sleep problems. Listening to Joseph has really improved my ability to fall asleep and have great quality sleep. I have gone from averaging 1 hour to get to sleep and getting 4 hours max sleep, falling asleep within 30 minutes, and getting 6 hours of sleep. I continue to use his sessions and am still improving.

The demo video doesn't demo his voice. I find his voice and the way he speaks is very annoying. Go listen to a sample on YouTube or something before you pay. The real audio should be in the app store video.

Great content, disappointing support. I switched from Android to Apple and asked if there was any way to transfer my subscription or receive a courtesy discount to avoid paying twice through different app stores. The response was basically that nothing could be done. While Apple and Google handle billing separately, many companies still try to help loyal customers in these situations. The app is good, but the support experience felt inflexible and not customer-focused.

In actuality, I am quite pleased with the products, but as I have always used android, and purchased through Google Play (and yes, accounts are synched) I shouldn't have to repurchase for every new phone or android device I get. VERY DISAPPOINTED as that shouldn't be happening, yet it continues to! UpDate on 10/24/25: It's still happening. I have to *Subscribe* to be able to get to sessions I paid for (again). It's inexcusable because it's been mentioned and hasn't been fixed in all this time 😭🥺

Extremely sluggish app even after years. No update works. The audios purchased earlier also don't load. Restore Purchase doesn't bring them. Custom audios purchased don't show up even after clearing the cache. The app needs a serious fixing by the developers.
