I wanted to use the app as a quicker way to get updates and check details than using the website, but despite having registered and completed the admission details on the website, the app will not recognize the login details and says no account can be found. I'll just delete the app and keep using the website because at least I can log in there!

Downloaded app, tried to log in using existing account details as I was told to use. App kept rejecting login details with message no account exists. Phoned for help, help was not able tp provide any assistance other than to create another account?? Why would one creat a parallel account which would only lead to more issues when the Web based account works satisfactorily.
