★★★★★ Really great calisthenics programs for different levels and exercises! Loved it!

★★★★★ Great app that includes video examples of how to perform each exercise correctly and has an in-app timer to keep pace between exercises or sets. If I accidentally swipe away or close the app, it does lose my progress and I have to skip back to that particular set of a particular exercise (doesn't keep track of where I was previously). Small complaint, but can get annoying.

★★★★★ So glad I did project Shred and I definitely repeat again and again and then try the other programs. 2 more Project Shred and then Cali Bulk.

★★☆☆☆ I can't refund my subscription, and now I'm going to have to go to my bank. Unless you purchased through Google Play or apple U can't refund. U can refund if U signed up through the phone as in Google or Apple account. This is why I don't think it's a scam, I think it's just incompetence.

★★☆☆☆ This rating is about the app, not the contents. The design looks surprisingly cheap and is flawed. Even though I like minimalism it was hard not to feel like the designer was in a hurry. Having to scroll around to find today's session is not what you would expect in 2022. Besides that it crashes, every now and then it has some bugs which are always present, and it's really no fun to use. When having customers pay good money for your program, you gotta chip in a bit more of the app design.

★★☆☆☆ This review has nothing to do with the workouts themselves. Unfortunately, this app has stopped working for me and no matter how many times I've uninstalled and reinstalled it seems to not load up for me anymore.
