Absolutely useless. Downloaded, set up address and card details, booked a taxi. When it didn't come at the time it was booked at, I tried to log back in to find that despite all the 2FA the set-up hadn't worked, therefore the taxi wasn't coming. Ended up driving a friend into town to catch a Megabus. If she'd missed this it would have cost about £70 for her to get a train instead

2 hours 20 mins and still no cab that I had already paid for, told numerous times it would be there in 20 mins, had to pay out extra £16 to get an uber within 20 mins. Phoned the office no one could sort out my complaint, to be honest you couldn't organize a piss up in a brewery

Terrible App. A dangerous waste of time if you're planning a trip. - It confirms your booking and then notifies you that a taxi is on its way, when neither has happened. The worst of both worlds! - in the end I called the office and was told that there was no booking on the system. Almost missed my flight because of it.
