I am having problems with the app, I open the app and put in my destination, and then when I hit the button it shows the map, it shows me where im going, but it doesn't doesn't locate me a ride. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and it's still not working, please help.

Awful waited 45 minutes after booking my ride. Every time I checked the app the pickup time frame was 15 mins, 13 mins, 16 mins, 17 mins back to 15 mins.
