FROM MY AGE, TO MY DAUGHTERS AGE 22, TO MY MAMAS AGE 65. TO MY GRANNY AGE, IVE SEEN THEM ALL AT CG AND I LOVE THAT THEY CREATED AN ATMOSPHERE THAT CHALLENGES US OF ALL AGES.

I'm just beginning CG, but I love the workouts & nutritionist programs. They adjust the programs to fit you and keep working with you. I've joined a lot of gyms & exercise programs. I'd choose CG as the best.

The trainers are awesome. You will definitely get a workout. You can do the workout at your own pace. You may have to cut the numbers. The main thing is to stay moving.

Lost faith in this app with the removal of the Leader Board last summer. Lost the motivation to work out because of its removal. Fortunately, I have the discipline to attend camp, but it's not fun probably missed out on over 300 camps because I can't see who I'm chasing. (Let's just agree to disagree on this one) Oh yeah, app stopped working properly with this update. It won't show my check-ins, points, referrals, status, or if I checked in. I uninstalled then reinstalled it. Still the same.

Bugs in the beginning are to be expected. I had issues, mostly due to location. Afterward, every single update or new idea created issues with use. The workouts are great. The trainers who are still around and some of the new are great. I do not like the little to no heads up we're changing and your stuck with it. The inconsistencies in support and knowledge with programs and what is happening is unreal and unprofessional. Many issues with the app and having to use website for full access.
