I shouldn't have to download a SEPARATE APP just to be able to lock my card. This ENTIRE app should be readily available within the regular Campus Mobile Banking App. I have spent the past hour lividly trying to lock my card because of a recurring charge that I can't find the source ro. Icing on the cake - Campus is closed on Sundays! So now I have to wait to get help. Absolutely no reason for a bank/credit union to be closed. You don't mess with people's money like that. Ridiculous.

Ummmmm it hasn't been letting me log in. **UPDATE 2023, app still won't let me log in despite calling customer service, which wasn't much help, they didn't seem to know much either. Don't bother with this app.

It worked great for about a week. After adding a second card, I can no longer log in. I keep getting a message that there was an error retrieving my account information. I've called the number on my card twice and sat in hold one time for over 45 minutes, finally received a call from IT and still can't get in. Very frustrated, especially since the bank wants you to use the app to set up travel notices.
