★★★★★ I've been banking w (BSCU) for a long time but never encounter a problem keep up the good work very happy.

★★★★★ The service was excellent. I discovered my chip was defective when purchasing groceries. I went the next business day and got another card. The time was quick and efficient, less than 30 min. My rep, who helped assist me, was awesome.

★★☆☆☆ Too many problems lately ! Went to the credit union and can't resolve the problems on 2 different branches Lauderhill and Davie customers service going down the road and time to switch to different credit union.

★★☆☆☆ Continues to spin and does not allow me to gain immediate access/log in to check charges being made on my card or to turn card off to keep from being a victim of fraud. This app does not show all transations. Horrible app.
