Online service is great. However. The lines inside the bank is poor. Customers with handicap should have better service. The line is too long. I can't stand more than 5 minutes without being in pain.

I've been with Bright star for 20 years. If you call to get an answer to a quick question, good luck. I've been on hold before for over an hour and finally hung up. If you're looking for a loan, they are great.

Only thing I do like is it notifications let you know if someone entered the wrong password. Otherwise, this app is a mess. Took me forever to figure out how to pay my own credit card from Bright Star, the amount balances are confusing. No one uses this banking so when trying to link it to Boost etc. you can't. Customers service at Davie Location in the lobby is the worst. Jose at the window need the manager job. I closed my account the worst experience A to Z

Better than old app but still buggy. Messaged BSCU explaining issues. They were gas lighting me saying it works fine. Even went to the bank to show them. This all after already checking on other devices. Manage Accounts Add an Account -Crashes when you're on the CD form and click to upload ID Settings Push Notifications -Button is non-responsive and just returns to prior page *Hoping to get notifications on new pending transactions (not just ones that have already posted) to monitor for fraud

Quick balance has been broken for some time now. If I click it in the setting it just closes the setting tab and doesn't take me to the page. It was bad enough that it switches and started showing the current balance and not the available balance now I have to sign in to check my balance.
