Not connecting to that damn cam app is garbage and doorbell is trash, despointed can't see through the cam, keeping loading and loading. I removed the cam and reset it and turn it off for 5 minutes and it functioning again.

Update: I'm changing my review from 1 star to 4 stars. They were in contact with me and corrected the problem. They keep asking for money every month even though I paid for the year I tried customer service in the app and there is no place for me to post my problem

I just opened the box and see "Warning! No Physical SIM" and read use of Wi-Fi in reviews. I do not get impressed by reviews but in this case it's all technical, so I value each review except one crazy person tried to make it political by involving "communist China" We are here doing business, not playing politics. Will take it back to Walmart. Sorry Cam vigil.

Payed for a 1-year camera plan and have not received any service. 48 hours and no answers. Can't call no one for a refund. Keep getting told 24 to 48 hours. REFUND MY MONEY NOW

Subscription required!! 👎 unless im doing something wrong you have to subscribe to use what should be the basic functions of the camera, like answering a doorbell call or even playing doorbell videos.

Would not connect to the S7 camera. Would get to 80% on the encrypted connection and never connect. This cheap camera is not worth the trouble.

I'm not sure if it's the camera itself or the app, but I don't get any notifications even if all my permissions are on. I would not recommend this app/camera unless you just want to view it whenever and not get any notice when someone is at your door.
