The Canadian Migraine Tracker helps you to keep a simple and focused Migraine Diary directly from your smart phone or tablet. Available on Apple and Android, in English and French.

You can monitor what is important for you: headache frequency but also triggers, symptoms and medication response.

We built this tool to make communication with your health care provider (family doctor, neurologist, nurse practitioner, pharmacist etc) easier. The App focuses on the information usually discussed with physicians. Our reports can be sent to your health care provider in two convenient ways: PDF and email.

I've been using this app for around 2 years and half to track my migraines. These went out of control after getting COVID. It has been a great resource to learn about the patterns that might trigger to them, as well as the effectiveness of medication. Also, it provides a lot of information to my Neurologist about my progress every appointment. I would highly recommend it!

Overall the app is helpful & user-friendly, but it's very bright when you have a migraine so dark mode option would be great as well as being able to prioritize symptoms & activities lists

I've been using this app for a while now and have found it great to keep track of changing medications, menstruation, and severity of my chronic migraines. But since the last update, I've had to log in every single day, which is very frustrating and is causing me to miss days and start guessing/forgetting. They suggested not closing the app in the background, but that didn’t work.

Have to sign in every time you want to use it which lowers its effectiveness particularly during bad migraines. It's a frustrating change since the last update and uninstalling and reinstalling did not change that.

My neurologist told me to use this app but every time I try to log a migraine, I have to uninstall and reinstall it to get it to open. I don't understand. There aren't any updates.

I want to try this app, but I cannot even get passed the sign-up due to the terms and conditions check box location? It is so close to the bottom that each time I try to click it the app minimizes
