Please fix camera resolution Deposit check camera resolution is way out of whack. I even messed with the camera settings in my phone and it still does not work. I have to hold my phone a good foot away to get the check in the lines provided and by then the check is too small. Please fix and thank you this is since the newest update a few days ago.

Works great for me. I first had to call and get a temporary PIN which i used to complete a long but secure login process for online banking. I had no problem with the application probably because i signed up for online banking first since the system was overhauled.

Worthless Have gone through complete system login. Have reset password twice (through customer service) from the one cc5 had given me and still telling me my id/ password is invalid. Can login through browser but not this worthless app. Thanks cc5

It says error then no error message available and, I just downloaded it. Come on y'all why can't you get this app right!? More disappointed with this app than the bank itself and, I've been a account holder for over 6 years!

Deposit checks. I really created an account there, cause I saw that you can deposit checks directly from your smartphone. Today I tried 10 times 2 different checks and it always had some sort of a problem and couldn't read my check, although the picture I've taken is perfect.
