Can't even login, especially without Google Chrome (need to paste a link in another browser, but then app login doesn't work). Also, my phone number was already taken and there was no way of reclaiming it, or recover the account linked to it. Finally, the dsb plus program is quite alarming privacy-wise, forcing you to consent to targeted marketing. I just needed a way to get discounts when traveling often, not a whole package of marketing trash.

The app logged me out automatically, and I could not log back in to get my commuter pass because the dsb.dk domain was blocking requests from my mobile network provider (Lyca). All of this happened with a ticket controller by my side which luckily decided to not fine me when I presented the email receipt of when I purchased my commuter card. Absolutely bluffing that this occurred, specially when there are multiple reviews already describing this issue of people being logged out automatically.

It is often not possible to check in as it cannot find location. When it is available and other apps can get it. Missed my bus and train many times because of it.
