Much more friendly than the Resort gobbledygook. Resort is an institution which has disappointed many as the only way to buy tickets. DSB App is - as the only one - capable of enabling travel easily, while Resort still lives in their own world of punishment, penalties etc. when we, the customers do not understand their terrible systems. DSB app is easy to understand, easy to use, and then you pay directly to DSB, not via Resort. Phew. Congratulations.❤️

Really like this app. But I do not understand the notification system. You will get really important notifications such as cancelled trains, but clicking them (to read more) causes them to disappear without an obvious way to bring them back

With paper tickets you could transfer ticket to a family member. With this silly app you have to swap phones. What thought does DSB SW developers have ? Reason: ticket buyer is not able to travel. This is bugged by design. Fix it please.

I like the app when I use it for my commuter card but the check in/check out function could be improved. It's not very practical that you need to click again when you change means of transport and that you need to select what line of bus for example you are taking. The resort app is better in that sense, you only have to check in and check out, it doesn't matter if you change transports in the way. Specially when you are running in the morning, it can be really annoying to do otherwise.

Every other week the app fails to receive the response from mobile pay. So I don't get my ticket, but the money is reserved in mobile pay. Nothing I can do about it, and it's getting old fast. It also happens quite often that seats are only available for cancelled trains, or are in carriages, which are not on the specific train.
