The DSB app is part of your journey. Here you can find tickets, commuter cards, and traffic information.
In the DSB app, you can purchase Orange tickets, a commuter card, or use Check in, and see current traffic information and an overview of departures. You can also buy a seat reservation for your trip.
You can find cheap Orange and Orange Free tickets on a wide selection of our departures.
Check in is a new digital ticket at Rejsekort prices*, for those who need to travel here and now. Just swipe before you board, and travel as far as needed with all public transport in Zealand, Funen, and Jutland. We will check you out automatically or remind you to do so.
When you buy a ticket or check in through our app, you earn points on your journey, which can be used at 7-Eleven at the station. You just need to be logged in with your DSB Plus profile and accept our points terms. And if you check in, part of the journey must be with DSB trains.
You can purchase, renew, and refund commuter cards and have your youth card delivered in the app if it is from DSB.

Much more friendly than the Resort gobbledygook. Resort is an institution which has disappointed many as the only way to buy tickets. DSB App is - as the only one - capable of enabling travel easily, while Resort still lives in their own world of punishment, penalties etc. when we, the customers do not understand their terrible systems. DSB app is easy to understand, easy to use, and then you pay directly to DSB, not via Resort. Phew. Congratulations.❤️

Really like this app. But I do not understand the notification system. You will get really important notifications such as cancelled trains, but clicking them (to read more) causes them to disappear without an obvious way to bring them back

I've used the app for a year now but the past few days I've paid for tickets, and they are not showing up, but my bank says money was transferred, so now I have no ticket to see my friend and no money in my bank to buy another one. What is going on?

If your train is cancelled, rescheduled or changed, the DSB app (or DSB as a whole) does not notify or inform you in any way (!!). It just expects you to magically know this and re-search the trip. Then wait 2 hours for the next train since they didn't tell you the train now leaves 10 min earlier than it shows. DSB is negligent in delivering even basic info about the trip and doesn't care about passengers getting home on time. I lost sleep of this twice NOTE: I already got notifications enabled

I like the app when I use it for my commuter card but the check in/check out function could be improved. It's not very practical that you need to click again when you change means of transport and that you need to select what line of bus for example you are taking. The resort app is better in that sense, you only have to check in and check out, it doesn't matter if you change transports in the way. Specially when you are running in the morning, it can be really annoying to do otherwise.
