Scanning receipts was great as it provided flexibility to use any payment method. Now, I need to think whether to get capitate rewards or card rewards. Sometimes my payments through mastercard doesn't seem to grant any rewards. This doesn't happen with receipts. A poor experience.

Points earning doesn't work most of the time ever since receipt scanning is removed and changed to only linked mastercard transactions. While customers using cash and visa cannot earn any points. DBS is in cahoots too for monopolizing the payment methods. What is the point of changing when we still need to keep the receipts for appeals. Also non-existent customer service as well. Such a big company cannot employ any humans for customer service but relying on a nonreliable bot.

Despite linking my Mastercard, my account on Paylah, and shop back, my points still get unaccounted for. I'm better off at other malls.
