Worst verification process ever. Just refuses to work no matter how many times I try. Terribly uninformed support people redirect people to the website WERE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING CAN BE DONE OTHER THAN USING THE QR CODE TO DOWNLOAD THE APP. It really sucks.

Super slow, or for lack of words, terrible customer service! No reply to the ticket number 190714. No customer service agent in the chat room either, tried 3 days at different times. Capital also doesn't accept passport as a valid document. Binance, Huobi, and KuCoin tagged along with Capital, and my money is stuck. Can't do KYC with a passport. Foreigners in Brazil don't have a RG.
