My experience with Captain D's this evening was incredible. I met a young lady by the name of Kamirah, who was so kind, very welcoming, and had a lot of patience w/ me. You do not really find this at a fast food restaurant very often, but she truly made my whole night. After having a very long day and not wanting to go home and cook! I decided to stop by Captain D's, and I got some great food, and I met a very sweet young lady. Kamirah is the reason I gave a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review for Captain D's!!!

Worst restaurant app I have ever installed on my phone. Save your time and processor. Points Don't show. No points' entry by receipt. Couldn't scan at the store. No coupons or deals offered ever! No birthday treat. It really sucks.

Until someone contacts me, 1-star it is. Tried to place an order and use my birthday dessert reward, it did take it off but shocker I was still charged and reward was taken off my account. So thanks for the funnel cake sticks that are severely overpriced when they should have been free. Asked the store about it, said they don't deal with the online ordering much so I 100% blame the app. At least I got my order and it's correct.

Can never redeem points. The app rarely works. And the actual Captain D's you are ordering from can never help with anything on the app, and they always leave something out of order. And can never get it corrected or replaced. Poor customer service.
