My experience with Captain D's this evening was incredible. I met a young lady by the name of Kamirah, who was so kind, very welcoming, and had a lot of patience w/ me. You do not really find this at a fast food restaurant very often, but she truly made my whole night. After having a very long day and not wanting to go home and cook! I decided to stop by Captain D's, and I got some great food, and I met a very sweet young lady. Kamirah is the reason I gave a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review for Captain D's!!!

Until someone contacts me, 1-star it is. Tried to place an order and use my birthday dessert reward, it did take it off but shocker I was still charged and reward was taken off my account. So thanks for the funnel cake sticks that are severely overpriced when they should have been free. Asked the store about it, said they don't deal with the online ordering much so I 100% blame the app. At least I got my order and it's correct.

The rewards is a joke. I wasn't able to place my order online, so I clicked to add missing pts, and it told me the info on my receipt was wrong when it wasn't. I contact customer service through the form THREE times within a week and got no response back, confirmation email nor received my points after submitting receipt info.

I will never order anything from captain DS again. The food was greasy and soggy and made me sick. I paid over $70 and was missing part of my order on top of the disgusting food that was overpriced and under quality. The Fairfield dr location has gone down hill and the food all tastes the same because they're obviously not cleaning the fryers properly. Okra, fish and chicken should not taste exactly the same. The fries were old and overcooked.
