Car Alarm

Application "Car Alarm" turns your device into the free alarm system that protects your car / motorcycle / bicycle / boat from stealing / damaging / evacuation etc.

How does it work?

The application controls the location of your vehicle/luggage using the accelerometer and GPS sensors installed in the device and notifies you via call or SMS in case of alarm.
"Car Alarm" doesn't require Internet-connection, so it doesn't depend on third-party Internet services, that's why the application provides confidentiality and uninterrupted working.



Operating modes:

- Alarm system mode.
This device will notify you via Call (and/or SMS) in case of the motion sensor or GPS sensor triggering.
- Remote control mode.
This device will work as a remote control for the guarded device (in alarm system mode). In this mode, you can send commands to turn the alarm system on/off, check current status and get GPS coordinates.


Features.

- In the alarm system mode the application defines the GPS tracking zone (current GPS coordinates + tracking zone radius) and notifies the user in case of leaving this zone.
- The GPS tracker mode (optionally) starts after the alarm system triggering and sends the current coordinates of the protected object and its speed via SMS (every 5 minutes).
- It is possible to operate "Car Alarm" from ordinary phone by means of the following SMS - teams:
"start" – to turn the alarm system on with current settings
"stop" – to switch-off the alarm system
"where" – to send current state of the alarm system and its coordinates


Additional information.

It should be taken into account that the accuracy of GPS coordinates determination, accelerometer's sensitivity and autonomous work duration depends directly on the characteristics of the device that the application is installed on. For example, in cheap or old models of devices there can be no GPS module or the accelerometer sensor that won't allow to use the application in the alarm system mode.

The alarm system mode remains turned on even after exiting from the application. To turn the alarm system mode off, use special point from the main menu of the application.
The cost of sending SMS depends on a tariff of the mobile operator.
