Great company to deal with, very organized and extremely helpful. No fuss, no hassle, simple procedures in place. Unlike many other car rental companies who just make the process harder, these guys don't. They have a good inventory of cars and their app is super easy and quick. I would highly recommend this very professional company.

Good until you got even tiny damage on your vehicle and want to fix it. Without Unknown Damage report from police which will cost you 420 aed they will not even bother to take your car for repair. I understand, if you got into major incident, or when 2 vehicles involved, of course you'll have to provide police report for insurance and stuff, but not when just the piece of plastic came out.... stay away from long term contracts with them. This is my first and last time using their service.

They are cheaters and manipulators. They don't own their cars but just lease you through a third party. Better to lease directly from the companies than them because my original supplier gived 5000 kms for monthly use, and they cut it down to 2500 kms (for what?) Which is not enough, and they then charge 200 AED to increase only upto 4000 kms. Their customer service is pathetic and inhumane. Don't deal with them, deal direct and gain more value (fair value).
