I had rented a car for 6 months, and it started off not great after paying for it, I was told the car will be delivered today, and it was not I had to make my way to pick it up. Then when I returned the car they charged me for a fuel invoice for 26 AED I told them I will be happy to pay, and they said they would waive it off bcoz I collected the car it was not dropped to me etc., they waived the invoice after 3 months they took the money from my card. Not professional people will not use them again.

DO NOT USE THEM. They are very unprofessional and will only be efficient before your money is collected. They do not deliver on schedule, took my money and wasted my time. They finally called me to make it seem like my fault saying I was supposed to pay a 1000 AED deposit. A fee that was never mentioned and was not on the invoice I was sent. Instead of taking responsibility for their very bad service, they were looking for a way to get out of fulfilling the delivery of the car I paid for.
