Been using zip for years now since it came to Hamilton, Ontario. Whether I have a vehicle or not I've rented many zips. It's easy. All through your phone on the app. Free gas. It's costs more than your local Enterprise, but the gas card definitely balances that out. IMO. LOVE ZIP ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was a zip car customer for 3 years. Recently, zip car charged me for a parking violation fee for an incident that happened 2 months ago. I was trying to return the vehicle and end the trip, but I found another vehicle parked in the spot that was reserved for zip car. I called their customer service and was instructed to park their vehicle anywhere it's ok to park. I found a metter parking near the zip car reserved spot, and I parked the car there. 2 months later, zip car charged me 137 dollars.

Service is quick, but you get unnecessary parking ticket charges to your credit card even if the parking was done exactly where the car was found prior or if the demarcations for the parking was not clear from zip car's end. The company is not based in Toronto or America which means they are unfamiliar with the road safety rules here and the areas here. Proceed at your own risk and with a certain level of caution.
