It's an easy place to buy and rent. The best part, for me personally is that we don't have to put a deposit down like at a normal rental agency. The gas is free, and you can choose to buy by the hour or by the day. I just wish we had an actual key and not an app to stand there and unlock/lock the car.

I hate when companies profit off other's misfortune. Zip car does this. They will charge you extra $50 for late returns regardless of whether it's your fault or it has no impact on any other driver. The car was low on gas, my phone died and there were no drivers after me, but I still get charged the late fee. Boo.

They cancel reservations alot. I've only been with Zip car with one month, and I've had about 10 cancelations already. Four this week alone. They move you inconvenient location literally cancel on you the time your reservation is. I've had to take Uber to get the Zip car which almost defeats the purpose. They charge weeks later for toll prices. They take money out your account multiple times but will tell you that you still owe. I've had to send them screenshots of them taking money out therefore
