★★★★★ Apps always easy to use, had an issue once where the car wouldn't start and Zip car sorted it straight away so was happy with that!

★★☆☆☆ SCAM. They regularly deactivate your account to encourage you to do the checks and make you pay £10 in fees each time. Big scam.

★★☆☆☆ I had trouble signing up because I wasn't sure what card I could use, as I've got some that I didn't know were considered prepaid. I was using one I didn't know was declined until I was trying again this morning and I could not update the info as it prompted me to do, so I started to open another account and was denied. I called to find out and explained the situation and was told if they are unable to collect the membership fee for any reason you will not be eligible to use their service ever
