I've been a happy member for many years. Love the continual improvements on the app.

DO NOT work for this company! They do not review incidents with humans. They have their AI give you strikes even if there was a mishap. I was banned after working for them for 2 years over a petty incident due to me not knowing a certain policy. They also steal insurance money from you via MCP even though you opt out of the process.
