Used it once for renting a van for a day. I was surprised how well the app/processes worked. Way better than the competitors I've used in Melbourne. Hassle-free, no unnecessary pictures or complex processes with the car rental. It was also cheap as, and the Toyota van was new and spacious! Only problem I had with the app is the search function is a bit clunky, hard to see when vehicles are available. I really hope their business model is financially viable, best of luck!

Overall new app not bad but a few teething issues to solve. Would be nice to have map as default, maybe some text on the gray empty space to explain what to do would be nice. Clicking 'choose station' should automatically show vehicles. A 'favorite car' option would be great. But nice cars and good customer service!

Wrost process I have ever seen. They require lease agreement for my address proof. That doesn't make sense. Wrost customer support.

Pathetic location details in terms of vehicle pickup. While time of booking it showed me the location as Walker Street, North cote and since I had to travel from city I already started travelling to pick the car, but within 30 min of booking they showed the pickup location as west Brunswick which is 5 km apart. Waiting since 20 min for customer care to pick the call. Utter disappointment and inconvenience.

Sadly Poplar have changed their pricing models, so you now pay more money to get less kms included. They also always find a way to overcharge you. A shame because this used to be a great app, with reasonable rates for daily car hire. You may as well hire from one of the big rental companies now.
