Booking works fine, but incident handling is poor. After a road incident (non-accident related) during my rental, I filed a TP report and asked Get Go for the in-car footage on day one. They said footage is only released to authorities. Two months later, TP came back asking me for the same footage, meaning no handover happened. No update on whether footage is preserved, no SOP, no written confirmation. Customers should not be stuck between operator and police with zero visibility. -1 star.

June 2025: still on Get go and want to affirm your efforts. Now I have a little child, I do notice some car models does not have isofix system at the seats so might want to look into having car models that have the isofix system June 2023: Wonderful experience still now with the EV model near place. Appreciate Get Go for maintaining their service standards.

Do not use Get Go. App showed cars available but when I booked and reach there, no car can be found. Waste of time and late for work. Sometime unable to connect to car rented. Their system is buggy — couldn’t extend the booking through the app, and they slapped me with an excessive fine. Customer service is awful and often unreachable. When it’s clearly their system’s fault they still refuse to refund. Avoid it. Completely unreliable.

App connection is slow. Not all cars have reserved parking slot. Although lot number where cars were supposed to park was given. It was nowhere to be seen. No prominent Get go logo on every car good luck when they are not parked at the lot as stated in your booking details. Wasted extra time to find the car which lead to me needing to extend rental time. Brought the problem and was offered a $5 discount, this action felt insulted as it is telling me to spend more money instead.
