Usually convenient, if driving more than about 50 km roundtrip it is quite expensive and a daily rental rate from some smaller rental companies is better.

Could you please make it possible to save the reservation to the system default calendar (instead of enforcing Google Calendar)? I'm using Proton Calendar and other apps can add events to it, but Mobility always open Google Calendar (or does nothing if it is not installed). Thanks a lot! I love the app and the car sharing concept! The interface is beautiful and is a joy to use!

I’m a mobility cooperative member and was satisfied, despite the high cost, until I dealt with customer service. I booked a car for 72 hours, using my 20% off voucher on the 350 CHF rental. I returned it early to help others, ending the reservation in the app. That cost me more! They charged me for 72 hours but canceled my discount. Support refused to budge and insisted saying the voucher required full use per their terms and service—feels more like a for-profit than a cooperative.

It's probably only useful if you want a specific type of vehicle and require it for a low duration of time. Pricing is unclear when making reservations. They charge in 30 m blocks (because it's hard to be precise with an app right) so you better not miss these - 6 m late fee is 50 chf (doesn't matter if you're fueling the car for the next person) so you end up paying the rental price of a premium car for terrible vehicles. No option to extend your reservation is just nonsensical.
