Does my iPhone hate John B. Wells or me? I need support. I had to get into my old Android because my post from my iPhone an hour ago got lost in the ether. The app won't even load on my new iPhone and it's trying to say the security on the app support and website support is expired and won't let me use it. Any way to get this to work on a new iPhone? If not I'm probably taking it back to the store.

I like Wells so I joined. But the app is horribly slow, the player is slow
and it forces you to scroll through the over 900 shows 5 shows at a time
with a delay of about 3 seconds between each 5 new shows. Or you can use
their balky search the calendar mode which is even slower. As much as I
like John Wells I hate this app. I hate it so much that I don't want to see
John Wells anymore . Looks like everybody else hates it too

Great show terrible tech and worse support. Been a member since 2014 but as of the last couple years the app and website is so bad I'm better off watching on YouTube. I'm ok if they are asking for for donations we should support alt media but then don't try to sell it as a service if you can't deliver.

Very difficult on Samsung Android. Turn the screen and it rotates, but stops the program and goes back to restart. While playing a program, if you turn off the screen...it stops yhe program. Stop or pause the program to run an errand while listening to... turn the phone to clip it on my belt and the program restarts. When you stop the program to go to a meeting, you think you are ok... the the program starts arbitrarily playing again.... with no controls to turn it off. Have to restart my phone to solve the problem. Just uninstalled and reinstalled the app to give it one more try...if that does not work, I will need to uninstall permanently. CTM Website is not mobile friendly. Sad, but may be approaching the end of CTM, because the "technology tail is wagging the dog".
