Samsung Galaxy S8: App is off to a good start. Has more configurations than the website which is a big improvement. Was able to update personal information which couldn't be done on the website and instead had to call customer service. Two-factor authentication is now standard for added security. App's design and functionality is pretty straightforward and easy to use. Noticed several minor bugs but nothing too broken or messy. Looking forward to future updates and app's continued improvement.

TIB converted to a new MUCH improved platform in June 2022 with individuals being converted first and commercial accounts later. I administer multiple cards for our company, and I was impressed with the improved platform over the old one that was very elementary looking and functioning. I've had the mobile app just a short time, but so far no issues whatsoever. The new website and mobile app look and operator the same for me, and I give them a big applause for their upgrade.

Downloaded the app in hopes that I could see my financial information and statements due to their new website not working; however, the app has the same issue, and it can't load me into my account.

When I try to view a statement, it opens Microsoft 365, but the statement doesn't appear. The download spinner just keeps spinning.

Useless! The app loads a blue screen and nothing else. Waste of time. The website does the same thing.

Unfortunately, this app does not work at all for my mom and I. Our bank had its own credit card that, for whatever reason, got transferred over to TIB. We can sign into the website but trying to sign into the app is impossible as it says our information doesn't match their records. I hope this is just a glitch that gets fixed, but it's been weeks now.
