I'm actually amazed something like this could be so good, when listening to music or the FM option its very clear and not so loud that you can't hear traffic, and when you're traveling in pack of 8 which I often do and the 7 others also have this the comms between helmets is really awesome everyone is loud and clear. Well worth the price.

Can we get the option to turn off the unit from the app? I go into the house afterwork, plop on the couch and then my phone has no audio because I left the cardo on and its in the garage. I just want to be lazy at that point and the garage is hot.

Works exactly as it should. I really wish it was available on Android Auto like cardo ride is. because I use an android auto screen on my bike not a phone mount.

Works sometimes. I can't always hear when connected on the intercom, but others hear me. Will contact support. Update: The connection has been fixed, and I am able to hear the other riders and maps. The wire was pinched causing the problems.

Only use this to update your Cardo's firmware. After you get it to work you can uninstall it because it doesn't do anything else. I had to try 4-5 times to get the update to work and after that my Cardo has been solid. If you are having issues make sure that your Internet signal/source doesn't change and that your phone remains literally next to your Cardo.

Cheap and slow ui. Has to "connect" cardo every time when reopening the app even when it's already connected through Bluetooth.

This version can't connect to Pro and Edge, even the units already connected yo phone's Bluetooth.

Just bought a Backtalk Edge, and setting up the app is a 1-star experience. I ran into the common problem with a bad email verify link. Luckily someone here figured it out - VPN to California! Next the app could not find the unit. It took several 'forget' and 'pair' attempts before it found it, after I turned off the contact access toggle. I'll update this when I have some use from the unit!

Not overly impressed with this unit. Says no unit found but at the same time it is playing music from Spotify, and also says it can't connect to Spotify at the same time.
