Absolutely love this item I drive a Yamaha v star and she's loud, and I can still hear my woman talking to me and listen to music and be able to hear it all really good. Also still aware of everything around me and changing gears I highly recommend this item cardo spirit HD with fm radio

Only use this to update your Cardo's firmware. After you get it to work you can uninstall it because it doesn't do anything else. I had to try 4-5 times to get the update to work and after that my Cardo has been solid. If you are having issues make sure that your Internet signal/source doesn't change and that your phone remains literally next to your Cardo.

Insane user experience. Loses BT connection and intercom DMC does not work with grouping. After 1h of reinstalls I finally managed to group but there is a lot of static noise in the speaker from the other rider. What is more, music will not go down when the other person speaks, so it is just impossible to use. Finally, I hear my own voice echoed back from my own speakers even when I am far apart from the other rider. Will be returning the Cardo Neo to seller.

A worse app has not been developed in the play store. Even if you buy two card units THEY WON'T PAIR NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO. And don't get me started on the endless loading when trying to change the music app. If you looking for an intercom DON'T BUY CARDO

App will not connect to Freedom 4x. My phone's Bluetooth is connected to it. But I can't use to connect app to control unit from my phone. iOS was working just fine.

The most difficult devices to pair!!! How can it be so difficult to connect 3 Bluetooth intercoms???
