I don't know if im alone but for some odd reason I seem to have a hard time connecting with other intercoms and specifically other cardos consistently... sometimes it connects sometimes it doesn't. But overall it's a good and simple app.

I'm actually amazed something like this could be so good, when listening to music or the FM option its very clear and not so loud that you can't hear traffic, and when you're traveling in pack of 8 which I often do and the 7 others also have this the comms between helmets is really awesome everyone is loud and clear. Well worth the price.

Not overly impressed with this unit. Says no unit found but at the same time it is playing music from Spotify, and also says it can't connect to Spotify at the same time.

Cheap and slow ui. Has to "connect" cardo every time when reopening the app even when it's already connected through Bluetooth.

Many "device cannot be found". Twice got to "uploading" to 99% then error and it stopped. I have no idea if I got it or not. I can't tell what firmware version I may have. I wasted many hours. Then I tried the Windows version of the updater, and it took forever to download. Then I had to reboot the computer. Then it said to connect Backtalk with computer with the Cardo cable. My computer uses USB3. No matter because even then there's no button to push to start the update.

It's really not user-friendly to connect the unit to the app. The phone is connected to the freedom X2 but the app surprisingly doesn't see anything
