overall the app is great delivery is great but there were situations where i had to wait for 1 hour after the order was accepted and then the customer care says that the restaurant is closed down...i think the app needs to segregate it properly and enquire if the restaurants are closed down or not before they display the restaurants in the app. its a hassle for customers to wait that long and at end it gets cancelled. i hope they correct these issues properly. otherwise the app is good.

التطبيق جميل لكن فيه مشكلتين أساسيه : - تكلفة التوصيل تعتبر جيدة - غير منافسة - نوعا ما ؛ لأن تطبيق ToYou أوفر من ناحية التوصيل .. - التحديث فيه مشكله تقريبا ؛ يعني تطبيق كريم ناو النقاط المكتسبه أعلى وجيدة .. تطبيق كريم الرسمي أقل بكثير - في نفس الفئة - .. - ما عدا ذلك التطبيق أكثر من ممتاز ..

Edit: last 2 times i tried Careem in Bahrain it was horrible Big delays, and order collection 10-20 after delivery time CC number wasn't working due to legal issues according to their guys in SM who replied to my complaint days after passing it and with poor customer service. Deleted their app unfortunately even though I was hoping they would maintain their good service...

Used regular careem extensively and had no issues. However careem now is horrible and unusable. I had three different orders from three different restaurants never reach. I lost my vouchers and customer support wasn't helpful in the slightest. Safe to say I'm not using careem altogether anymore.

اضطريت أتواصل مع الدعم الفني لأن المطعم امضى ساعة كاملة من دون ما يقبل الطلب، وبعد إلغاء الطلب انحجز المبلغ في المحفظة. أسوء طريقة للتعامل مع هذا سيناريو.
