Unreliable, unstable, and slow app for an evv, sandata is much better

Reasons why I dislike this app: First, keeps crashing on my phone. Galaxy S7. Secondly, it takes so long to set up, download, input & save. Lastly & even more so, why the hell does it need permission to access my photos, contacts, files, camera, and microphone? That's an invasion of privacy that has absolutely zero % to do with patient visits & care. And it won't work if I don't give it permission. So I use a spare phone that has no personal information on it. But still...it's the principal.

In the 14 years I've been a Healthcare worker I've never had a worse experience trying to use an app to chart and clock in and clock out. By far the worse and probably the cheapest way to fail at assisting with my tasks at hand. Epic Fails! If I worked for this app company I would be quite embarrassed. If I chose this as an app to "help" with clients and employees I would feel bad for them. Should have gone with Well sky or HR Symphony. Quality is quality. that's not what you get with this app.
