Android user: I got the error message everyone else is getting, but the app itself works just fine. I was able to set up payment and choose my provider without issue.

App doesn't work! For a big company like Care first BCBS, their app should work and show consistency. Poor reflection on the company.

Probably one of the worst app experiences I have ever had. I'd say use a different app, but if you are stuck with their insurance you are stuck with the app.

The app is a security nightmare as it requires you to type out your password and re-authorize your device (by text or email, both are known for security issues) each and every time you want to log in. No ability to use biometric or even the safest option, a security token. The app is also throwing notifications to "update" the app--outside of Google Play. While the update will never work, it's still a big security concern by not being validated to be malware free.
