Android user: I got the error message everyone else is getting, but the app itself works just fine. I was able to set up payment and choose my provider without issue.

Worst healthcare app of all of them. It's probably not even an app but a website wrapped into an app. Care First should be embarrassed by giving their customers such a discouraging experience. I wish I could put 0 starts.

App won't work, I just get a blank screen after logging in and confirming login. I've tried uninstalling and rebooting. App tries to update and fails but Google Play Store says it's up-to-date. Thisvl app really sucks! You would think as much as they charge for health insurance that they would have a working app...

The app is a security nightmare as it requires you to type out your password and re-authorize your device (by text or email, both are known for security issues) each and every time you want to log in. No ability to use biometric or even the safest option, a security token. The app is also throwing notifications to "update" the app--outside of Google Play. While the update will never work, it's still a big security concern by not being validated to be malware free.
