They should change their name to Careless Oregon. When I needed am eye exam and new glasses I was having trouble finding a place that accepts Care Oregon advantage plus, so I called customer service and was told they didn't have a list for that, and I would just have to find one myself. I did and then Careless refused to cover everything that they used to. When I complained about another problem they listened and then rewrote the scenario differently and said it was my fault. Repeated it today.

As soon as the app opens it attempts to redirect me to update on the play store, but there is no nothing and nowhere to update

I have been on the phone for 3 days now. And talked to over 8 people and have been transferred to different departments each time. The tech support I keep getting is from India (he won't send me to his supervisor). I can't log back into the app at all after hitting the forgot password. The forgot password emails you link that only connects you to the website. The careoregon customer service health insurance team has been trying so hard to help me, but it's not their department.

Does not let me sign in. The screen just infinitely re-renders on "Communication and privacy settings" and does not let me proceed. This is on a Pixel 8. Restarting, reinstalling, etc. does not make a difference.
