This is a great spp. allows me to easily make docors appointments virtual or in person. Incan request refills on my medications to my choice of pharmacy. Look at medical records. See test results and have easy access to virual care. Keeps me up to daye on vaccines. Keeps my insurance details for streamlined accrless by my medical provider and I can pay any outstanding medical bills through this very easily.

The worst app ever. I've been entering the same username and password I use on my computer YET when I use the app it never works. I GIVE UP!

I am in the ER, I get text messages that" your doctor has ordered some tests click here for more info" but when I do that I get the main mymountsinai page, always have to log in again no longer how short the time I've been away, and then there is no way to see what tests have been ordered.
