A seamless experience! I absolutely love using MMS, It's easy to find everything you need, contact your PCP/specialists (including PT, everyone you have in your health circle at Mount Sinai!), make appointments, reschedule, check billing, estimates, shoot even health tips... literally everything! Check-ins prior to appointments make life easy for us and receptionists, so much more. Epic, My Chart, Mount Sinai App... love them all!

The worst app ever. I've been entering the same username and password I use on my computer YET when I use the app it never works. I GIVE UP!

I am in the ER, I get text messages that" your doctor has ordered some tests click here for more info" but when I do that I get the main mymountsinai page, always have to log in again no longer how short the time I've been away, and then there is no way to see what tests have been ordered.
